摘　　要：作为国家循环经济试点园区,宜昌猇亭磷化工产业园实施以磷化工为主线的资源耦合和循环利用综合改造工程,形成了独具特色的物质、能量梯级利用和产业共生耦合发展模式,其中兴发集团磷化工循环体系被称之为"猇亭魔环"。本文重点阐述了宜昌猇亭磷化工产业园内重点企业内部、企业间及磷化工和盐化工、煤化工、硅化工等产业间的资源耦合与循环利用途径及效果,指出猇亭模式对我国磷化工产业园区可持续发展具有典型示范和推广作用。As the national cyclic economy pilot park,Xiaoting Phosphorus Chemical Industrial Park in Yichang city conducted the resource coupling and comprehensive transformation project for cyclic utilization of resources with the phosphorous chemical industry as the main theme and formed an unique characteristic material-energy cascade utilization and industrial mutualistic symbiosis and coupling developmental pattern.The phosphorus chemical circulation system of Xingfa group was termed ' Xiaoting Magic Ring '.The paper elaborates on the ways and effects of resource coupling and cyclic utilization within and between the key enterprises and among phosphorus chemical industry,salt chemical industry,coal chemical industry and silicon chemical industry in the park and indicates that Xiaoting model will play a typical demonstration and popularization role of the sustainable development of China's phosphorus chemical industry parks.
