摘　　要：目的探讨粒细胞肉瘤患者化疗期间的护理。方法回顾4例粒细胞肉瘤的临床资料，总结护理体会。结果经过化疗及对症支持治疗，同时给予心灵关怀、PICC、消化道、粒缺期及预防出血的护理，4例患者均获得较满意生存期。结论给予针对性的护理，减轻患者惧怕化疗的心理压力，有效提高其治疗依从性。Objective To investigate the nursing of patients with granulocytic sarcoma during chemotherapy. Methods The clinical data of four patients with granulocytic sarcoma were reviewed, and the experiences of nursing were summarized. Results With the spiritual care, peripherally inserted central catheter （PICC） nursing, digestive track nursing and nursing during neutropenia and thrombocy- topenia, concurrently given with chemotherapy and supportive care, four patients achieved a rather satis- factory survive period. Conclusions Specific nursing for these patients can alleviate their psychological pressure from chemotherapy, and then improve their treatment compliance.
