摘  要:以安徽某地区膨润土为原料,经酸浸、净化、中和及缩合等工序制备三聚磷酸铝,研究了中和与缩合工序中的原料配比(磷酸与氢氧化铝物质的量比)、反应时间和温度对产品纯度的影响,分析了产品质量,并用XRD、FT-IR和SEM等手段对产品的结构进行表征。结果表明,在最佳工艺条件下,制得产品的主组分含量符合Q/HGY07—1999的要求,且具有平面型片状结构。Aluminum tripolyphosphate was prepared through processes of acid leaching,purification,neutralization,and polymerization with bentonite in an Anhui district, China, as raw material.Effects of the mix ratio of raw materials (amount-of- substance ratio of phosphoric acid to aluminum hydroxide), reaction time, and temperature in the processes of neutralization and polymerization on the purity of products were studied.The product quality was analyzed. Structure and morphology of the product were characterized by XRD, FT-IR, and SEM.Results showed that under the optimum conditions, the main component content of product met the requirement of Q/HGY07-1999 and it was of a planar laminar structure.
