摘　　要：探讨C51型梳棉机活动盖板针布机上磨针的效果。介绍了活动盖板机上磨针装置的构成、磨针目的和磨针周期。通过做好在磨针前准备工作、合理安装磨针装置;在磨针过程中灵活调节盖板运行速度和磨针辊推进量,连续观察磨针火花的情况,必要时予以适当调控;控制机上磨针时间,做好安全操作工作;顺利完成了活动盖板针布机上磨针工作。通过磨针前后试验对比,生条纤维棉结降低了14粒/g,籽屑棉结降低了1粒/g,磨针15天后试验各项指标平稳,说明C51型梳棉机活动盖板针布机上磨针达到预期效果。活动盖板针布机上磨针简单易行,效果良好。Effect of grinding movable flat on C51 carding machine was discussed. Grinding device structure, grind- ing aim and period of movable flat were introduced. Preparatory work should be done well before grinding, grinding device should be installed rationally. Movable flat speed and grinding roller speed should be adjusted flexibly in grinding process, spark in grinding should be observed continuously. Grinding time should be controlled well and safe operation work should be done well, finally grinding work of movable flat can he done successfully. Through contrasting test before and after grinding,fiber neps of card sliver can he reduced 14 per gram ,seed cotton neps can be reduced 1 per gram. After grinding 15 days, each test index is stable ,which explain the better effect of grinding movable flat on C51 carding machine. Grinding movable flat on C51 carding machine is simple and feasible,the effect is better.
