摘　　要：探讨粘胶直贡缎浆纱工艺要点。分析了浆纱中存在的问题,并提出了针对性的解决措施。通过反复试验,优选浆料配方和浆纱工艺,同时精细化浆纱操作,最终使每天每台车断经次数由96根降低到61根,织机效率也有所提高。Key points in sizing viscose satin drill were discussed. Problems in sizing were analyzed, solve measures were put forwards accordingly. Through tests, sizing instruction and processing were optimized. Refined sizing operation was adopted, finally broken ends can be reduced from 96 ends per day per machine to 61 ends per day per machine,loom efficiency can be increased.
