摘　　要：本文采用全球企业家观察(GEM)个体数据分析了FDI对东道国企业家精神的促进和抑制作用。研究发现:FDI对东道国企业家精神的影响是动态的,短期内主要表现为抑制作用,长期内主要表现为促进作用。本文进一步以OECD国家为研究对象,对异质性FDI与东道国企业家精神的关系进行经验分析。研究发现:相比起发达国家FDI,发展中国家FDI对东道国企业家精神的短期抑制效应略小,长期促进作用要大很多。Using GEM individual data,this paper analyses the promoting and restraining impact of FDI on the entrepreneurship of host countries.The study indicates that: FDI impacts the entrepreneurship of host countries dynamically.In the short term,FDI restrains the entrepreneurship of host countries.In the long run,FDI promotes the entrepreneurship of host countries.Furthermore,this paper takes the OECD countries as the research object and empirically studies the impact of heterogeneous FDI on the entrepreneurship of host countries.The study indicates that: compared with FDI from developed countries,FDI from developing countries has a slightly smaller short-term restraining effect,but the long-term promoting effect is much bigger.
