摘 要:本文通过主梁拱度曲线的设计原理及电动单梁起重机主梁实测拱度与跨端测点至端梁车轮中心线距离C和跨度S的相关性分析,得出在主梁拱度检测跨度较大时,应按跨度范围内的拱度要求来判定实测拱度是否合格。但对于小跨度精确测量时,可按公式进行修正。Through analyzing principle of the main girder camber curve design and correlations between the practical measured camber value of the electric single girder crane and the factors comprised of the distance C which is the length from one girder edge to the centre line of the travelling wheel at the same edge and the girder span S, the paper indicates: In general, when testing the main girder camber, especially for large span, the measured value should be checked according to requirement for camber. However, to accurate measurement of small span, it requires be revised according to given formula.
