摘　　要：目的:探讨康复操对乳腺癌术后患肢功能活动的影响。方法:将60例乳腺癌患者随机分为对照组和试验组各30例。对照组采取术后常规护理;试验组在常规护理的基础上实施康复操的锻炼,每天由1名经过专门培训的护理组长负责,包括进行康复操的专业指导、模拟示范、集中训练、发放康复操指导手册及CD光盘。结果:患者术后5,10 d及术后1个月患肢水肿的发生率及肩关节的活动度、手指爬墙高度试验组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:康复操训炼能有效减轻乳腺癌术后患肢水肿,尽早恢复患肢功能,提高患者生活质量。Objective ： To study the effect of rehabilitation exercise on limb function activity in patients with breast cancer. Methods ：60 cases of breast cancer were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,30 cases in each group. The control group implemented routine postoperative nursing,the experimental group received routine nursing on the basis of the implementation of rehabilitation exercise. There was a specially trained nurse responsible the exercise every day, including rehabilitation exercise professional guidance, simulation model ,focused on training, rehabilitation guidance manual release and CD disc. Results ： The two groups of patients limb edema after operation at 5 d, 10 d and one month, and the incidence of shoulder joint activities highly test finger climbing group was significantly better than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Rehabilitation training can effectively reduce the postoperative breast cancer patients with limb edema, early recovery of limb function, improve the life quality of the patients.
