摘　　要：目的:探讨多维度护理干预对癌症病人化疗期间生活质量的影响。方法:采用随机抽样法选取单病种癌症患者30例,在化疗期间于干预前后采用欧洲癌症研究机构治疗组织制定的生活质量量表(QLQ-C30)中文版对患者进行测评。结果:干预后QLQ-C30功能子量表中认知功能、情绪功能分值均明显高于干预前(P<0.05),总体健康子量表中总体健康状况分值均明显高于干预前(P<0.05)。结论:多维度护理干预可明显提高癌症病人化疗期间的生活质量。Objective：To investigate the influence of multi - dimensional nursing intervention to the life quality of cancer patients in chemotherapy period. Methods ：30 cases of single disease to cancer were collected by random sampling method, before and after the nursing intervention the patients life quality were evaluated by EORTC life quality scale （QLQ -C30） Chinese version. Results：After used the intervention the eongnitve function and emotional func- tion score were significantly higher than before in the subscales of QLQ - C30 （ P 〈 0.05 ） , the general healthy status score was significantly higher than be- fore the intervention in the genera] healthy subscales （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ：The multi -dimensional nursing intervention can significantly improve the life quality of cancer patients in chemotherapy period.
