冲洗器联合擦拭法进行口腔护理的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨应用冲洗器联合擦拭法进行口腔护理的临床效果。方法:采用随机方法将100例口腔术后患者分为对照组和观察组各50例。对照组采用传统口腔擦拭方法,观察组采用冲洗器冲洗+传统口腔擦拭方法。记录两组患者的口腔护理效果。结果:观察组患者的口腔异味、切口红肿情况低于对照组(P<0.05),口腔舒适度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用冲洗器+传统擦拭法进行口腔护理效果显著,值得推广。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of washing and wiping the combination method of oral nursing. Methods ： Used stochastic methods 60 ca- ses of oralpostopemtive patients were divided into two groups ： the control group used the traditionaloral care methods, the observation group was treated with flusher washing and traditional oral care methods, records of two groups of patients the effects of oral care. Results ：The patients in the observation group oral malodour, cut red and swollen lower than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, oral comfort is higher than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The application of irrigator and traditional cleaning method for oral care effect is significant, it is worthy of promotion.
