个体化营养健康教育模式对先天性心脏病手术患儿预后的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨个体化营养健康教育模式对先天性心脏病手术患儿预后的影响。方法:选择2011年10月～2012年10月我院心脏外科3～6岁的先心病手术患儿(复杂先心病患儿除外)60例,将家长(每位患儿一位家长)随同患儿随机各分为试验组30例和对照组30例,对照组患儿家长应用传统健康教育模式,试验组患儿家长应用个体化营养健康教育模式,观察患儿术后第8天的身高、体重、白蛋白和前白蛋白,患儿切口愈合时间、平均住院日、平均住院医疗费用及呼吸机辅助呼吸时间。结果:术后第8天,试验组患儿的白蛋白、前白蛋白高于对照组(P<0.05),试验组患儿切口愈合时间、平均住院日、呼吸机辅助呼吸时间短于对照组(P<0.05),平均住院费用少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:家长个体化营养健康教育模式的应用,提高了先心病患儿术后血中白蛋白、前白蛋白含量,缩短了患儿呼吸机辅助呼吸时间、切口愈合时间和平均住院日,降低了平均住院费用,值得临床推广应用。Objective ：To investigate the impact on the prognosis of children with congenital heart disease surgery by individualized nutrition and health edu- cation model. Methods ：60 cases collected from October 2009 to October 2010 from 3 to 6 - year - old children with congenital heart disease （ except for com- plex congenital heart disease in children）, parents （each children with one parent each） accompanying children were randomly divided into experimental group （30 cases） and control group （30 cases） ,the control group, parents of children with traditional health education model, the application of individual- ized nutrition and health education model, the test group of parents of children observed in children with surgery after 8 days by height,weight, albumin and prealbumin, children with wound healing time, the average length of stay, the average cost of hospitalization and ventilator - assisted breathing time. Results ： At eighth day, albumin,prealbumin test groups were higher than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the test group with the wound healing time, average days of hospitalization, mechanical ventilation time was shorter than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the average hospitalization cost less than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ：The application of parents＇ individualized nutritional health education mode, content of albumin,prealbumiu in children with con- genital heart disease after operation to improve the relationship with the blood, patients with ventilator - assisted breathing time,wound healing time and the average hospital stay, reduce the average hospitalization expenses, it is worthy of clinical application.
