摘 要:目的:探讨健康教育路径在PICC置管患者中的应用效果。方法:2008年1月~2012年7月行PICC置管的肿瘤患者156例,随机分为观察组和对照组各78例,对照组应用传统的的随机教育方式,观察组应用健康教育路径实施健康教育。比较两组PICC并发症的发生率、健康教育达标率和患者对护理工作的满意度。结果:观察组PICC并发症的发生率、健康教育达标率和患者对护理工作满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育路径可降低PICC术后并发症发生率,提高患者满意度和生活质量。Objective:To explore the effectiveness of health education pathway in the patients with PICC. Methods:IS6 cases with PICC tumor patients from January 2008 to July 2012 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 78 cases in each group. The control group received traditional health education, while the observation group accepted special health education pathway. Compared the ratio of PICC complication, efficiency of health edu- cation pathway and satisfaction of patients between two groups. Results :The ratio of PICC complications, efficiency of health education pathway and satisfac- tion of patients of observation group is significantly higher than the control group. Conclusion : Health education pathway can reduce the ratio of PICC compli- cations, and improve the satisfaction and life quality of patients.
