摘　　要：目的探讨男女护士护理缺失的情况,从而找出男女护士护理工作中的优势面与劣势面。方法通过护理缺失问卷调查,对男女护士护理缺失的得分进行单向方差分析。结果男女护士护理缺失的总得分无统计学意义(P﹥0.05),但护理计划中有3个条目的得分男护士低于女护士(P﹤0.05),护理措施中有1个条目的得分男护士高于女护士(P﹤0.01),有3个条目的得分男护士低于女护士(P﹤0.05)。结论男女护士护理缺失整体情况无差异,但男护士在健康教育上比女护士完成得更好,女护士则在护理评估、生活护理、巡视病人、解除疼痛方面比男护士落实得更到位。Objective To survey and compare the missed nursing care of discrepancy between the male nurses and the female nurses, to identify the advantages and disadvantages of the male and female nurses. Methods Through missed nursing care ques- tionnaires, score Male and female nurses a one-way analysis of variance. Results The Male and female nurses＇ total score of missed nursing care was not statistically significant（P 〉 0.05）,but In the dimensions of nursing plan, there are three entries, which male nurses＇ score is lower than female nurses＇, （P 〈 0.05）. In the dimensions of nursing measures, There were one entry, which male nurses＇ score is higher than female nurses＇ （P 〈 0.01）, there .were entries, which male nurses＇ score is lower than female nurses＇ （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The overall situation of male and female nurses＇ missed nursing care is no difference, but male nurses in health education were accomplished better than female nurses. Female nurses in the nursing assessment, life care, visits the sick, relieving pain, than male nurses completed better.
