摘  要:介绍了基于15765协议的手持式电控发动机故障诊断仪的开发。该诊断仪软件运行在Windows CE系统,操作界面使用Visual C++平台开发;硬件利用MC9S08DV32单片机作为核心机,开发了RS232转CAN通信协议转换模块。试验结果表明,该诊断仪可以准确地实时监测发动机的运行状态并读取故障信息,具有携带方便、性能可靠、兼容性好等特点。The article introduced development of handheld fault diagnosis system for electronically control engine base on ISO15765. The software of diagnosis system ran on Windows CE system, operator interface was developed by Visual C + + platform, the hardware of diagnosis system used MC9SO8DV32 microeontroller as a core, and developed RS232 to CAN communication protocol conversion module. The test results showed that the diagnosis system could precise real-time monitoring the running state of the engine and read fault information, it was an essential tool for vehicle maintenance man and had easy to carry, reliable performance and good compatibility.
