摘 要:采用分级模块化的网络架构电池管理系统存在网络延迟现象,会造成电流电压信息不同步,从而影响单体电池的内阻辨识。分析了造成网络延时的主要因素,并搭建了仿真模型和实验模型,分别对比了有无附加延时和不同采样步长下网络延时对内阻辨识造成的影响。结果表明,单纯增大采样步长不能确保提高内阻辨识的精度,但是采用多通道集成采集芯片可以确保内阻辨识的精度保持在±15%之内。As a result of the hierarchical modular network architecture, the battery management system has a problem of network transmission delay. Network transmission delay caused by non synchronous current and voltage information, which was bad to the cell internal resistance identification. This paper analyzed the main factors causing network transmission delay and built a simulation model and a experimental model to compare the different impact to cell internal resistance identification caused by different sampling step when in with or without additional delay condition. The results showed that simply increasing the sampling step cannot ensure the accuracy of the cell internal resistance identification, but multi-channel integrated capture chip can ensure the accuracy maintained within ±15%.
