壮药扶莲解毒补虚合剂提取工艺研究

摘　　要：目的:优选壮药扶莲解毒补虚合剂的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用HPLC法,野黄芩苷的提取率为评价指标,以正交试验设计考乙醇浓度、乙醇倍数、提取次数、提取时间对提取效果的影响。结果:壮药扶莲解毒补虚合剂的提取工艺为加10倍量60%乙醇煎煮3次,每次提取时间为1小时。结论:优选出的提取工艺科学、经济,可用于指导壮药扶莲解毒补虚合剂的生产,具有可操作性。Objective： To optimize the extraction process of Fulian Jiedu Buxu Mixture.Methods： With the transferring rate of scutellarin（野黄芩苷） as index,the optimum extraction condition for the ethanol concentration,volume,extractoin time and times were selected by orthogonal design.The content of scutellarin（野黄芩苷） were determind by HPLC.Results： The optimum extraction process conditions follow as： adding 10 fold of 60% ethanol,extracting for 1.0h and three times in all.Conclusion： The extraction technique was reasonable and stabe.The extraction rate of effective ingredients is high.
