摘　　要：针对传统立式内拉床护送机构存在的问题,设计了一种新型的内拉床护送机构。护送机构与主溜板采用活联接的方法,在护送过程中使护送机构与主溜板融为一体,并在护送结束后挂停在床身上。与老式护送机构相比,具有安全可靠,拉削稳定,制造成本低等优点,适合在各种下拉式内拉床中使用。A new-style escort mechanism of broaching machine was designed to improve the property of exiting one.The innovative escort mechanism and slide board are movably connected and fused together.In consequence,the escort mechanism will stop and be hung at the column.The new-style escort mechanism has superiority such as low cost,high robust and good safety,and so on,which make it adaptive and useful for structural optimization of broaching machine.
