摘　　要：锦屏一级水电站印把子砂石系统在工艺设计和设备选型时,结合前期生产性试验成果,采用了旋回破(粗碎)和圆锥破(中细碎)等加工设备,以及闭路循环或开路生产的加工工艺,对骨料进行破碎整形。介绍了系统运行维护管理的工作要点,包括竖井运行、粗破生产、半成品运输、一筛与反击破整形系统运行和系统供水管理等。通过制定运行维护管理监理工作规程和加强过程监控管理等方式,保证系统运行功能的有效发挥。该系统有效解决了砂岩毛料在加工过程中容易形成针片状的问题,保证了成品骨料各项质量指标满足设计要求。In the technology design and equipment selection of Yinbazigou Aggregate Processing System,combining with the productive test results,the crushers such as gyratory crusher for coarse crushing and cone crusher for medium-fine crushing,and closed circulation or open way production are adopted to crush and reshape the aggregates.The key points of operation,maintenance and management of the system,including shaft operation,coarse crushing production,semiproduct transportation,first screening and impact crusher reshaping system and water supply management,etc.are introduced.Through establishment of working regulations in the operation,maintenance,and supervision,the operation function of the system is fully realized.The problem that needle-shaped products exceeds standard during processing of sand stone can be solved,so that the aggregate quality index can fulfill design demand.
