摘　　要：家庭医生服务是全科医学理念在实践中的重要表现形式,是基层卫生体制改革的一项重要工作。本文通过对成都高新区芳草社区卫生服务中心家庭医生工作的实践过程进行分析,探讨如何在现阶段社区卫生工作中有效组合全科服务团队,突出重点,以群众需求为导向开展家庭医生工作,并对一些难点问题提出相应的思考与建议。Family doctor service is a main aspect of General Practice in its practical services and plays an important role in the basic medical and health reform. By analysis of the practical process of family doctor services in Fangcao Community Health Center of Chengdu Hi - tech Zone, in this paper, we explore how the General Practice Team is effectively built, so as to focus their services on the needs of the residents; and at the same time, we also put forth thinking and give some advice about some difficult points in developing family doctor services.
