摘  要:目的探讨微格教学在家庭访视护士健康教育能力培养中的应用效果。方法 2011年6—12月,对7名家庭访视护士采用微格教学法进行培养,比较培养前后家庭访视护士健康教育能力,评价家庭访视后的满意度,并对结果进行定性和定量分析。结果微格教学培养前后访视护士健康教育态度、技能得分及总分间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。100.0%(104/104)的访视对象对访视护士健康教育各条目满意或比较满意。结论在家庭访视护士培养中应用微格教学能够及时反馈和纠正家庭访视护士存在的不足,激发自我改正和提高意识,提高家庭访视护士健康教育能力、家庭访视的质量和健康教育满意度。Objective To investigate the effect of application of microteaching in culturing the ability of visiting nurses for health education. Methods Seven visiting nurses were cultured by using microteaching from June to December 2011, then their abilities of health education were compared before and after the training, and the satisfaction on their home visiting was eval- uated. The results were then qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed. Results There were significant differences in ability of health education, service skill score and total score of the visiting nurses before and after Microteaching training ( P 〈 0. 05 ) , and 100.0% ( 104/104 ) of the visited objects have satisfied or relatively satisfied with each item of the health education given by the visiting nurses. Conclusion The application of mieroteaching to culture the ability of visiting nurses in health education can timely feedback and correct the defect of the family visiting nurses, arouse their consciousness of self correction and self elevation, raise their ability of health education, and improve the quality of family visiting and satisfaction of health education.
