摘 要:目的探讨医院短信平台教育方式对提高慢性肾脏病(CKD)患者服药依从性的影响。方法选择2011年11月—2012年4月瑞金医院肾脏内科诊断为CKD1~4期且能独立查看手机短信的患者108例,根据电脑随机表随机分为两组(即短信干预组和对照组各54例)。两组患者出院后,护士通过医院短信平台向信息干预组患者手机定期发送短信进行干预,干预时间为3个月,干预内容主要为用药指导和服药时间提醒。两组患者均采用改良Morisky依从性量表进行评价。结果通过3个月短信干预,两组动机相关依从率和知识相关依从率间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过短信平台教育,慢性肾脏病患者能有效提高服药依从性。Objective To investigate the effect of short message service (SMS) - based health education on medication compliance of patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) . Methods A total of 108 patients who were diagnosed with CKD stage 1 -4 in our department between November 2011 and April 2012 and who were able to view short messages independently were randomly divided into two groups -the intervention group and the control group. The intervention group received regu- lax medication guide and reminder through hospital SMS for three months after discharge. The patients in both groups were evaluated by the modified Morisky compliance scale. Results The motivation - related compliance rate and knowledge - related compliance rate of the intervention group were significantly higher than that of the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ) . Conclusion SMS - based health education can effectively improve the medication compliance of CKD patients.
