三焦针法结合药物罐治疗面肌痉挛的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨三焦针法结合药物罐治疗面肌痉挛的临床疗效。方法将符合诊断标准的2011年9月—2012年7月铜仁职业技术学院附属医院针灸科50例患者和天津中医药大学第一附属医院名老中医门诊30例患者采用随机数字表法随机分为综合组40例和对照组40例,综合组予三焦针法结合药物罐治疗,穴取膻中、中脘、气海和双侧血海、足三里、外关为主,行三焦针法调治,面部局部行药物罐治疗;对照组针刺患侧阳白、丝竹空、四白、颧髎、颊车、迎香、大迎、地仓、水沟、合谷,行平补平泻手法,面部局部行常规拔罐术。2组均采用临床疗效和证候积分评分法观察疗效。结果治疗3个疗程后,两组症状评分比较综合组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义〔(1.12±0.40)分比(1.55±0.64)分,P<0.01〕。两组疗效比较经Ridit分析差异有统计学意义(u=2.45,P<0.01)。结论三焦针法结合药物罐治疗面肌痉挛的疗效较好,是一种较好的治疗方案。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the therapy of Sanjiao acupuncture combined with drug cupping for hemifacial spasm. Methods Totally 80 patients with hemifacial spasm, from September 2011 to July 2012, were according to random number table method divided as trial group and control group, with 40 in each. The patients in the trial group received Sanjiao acupuncture at Shanzhong, Zhongwan, and Qihai as well as bilateral Xuehai, Zusanli and Waiguan, with additional drug cupping for local face. While the patients in the control group received acupuncture at ipsilateral Yangbai, Sizhukong, Sibai, Quanliao, Jiace, Yingxiang, Daying, Dicang, Shuigou, and Hegu, with even reinforcing- reducing ma- nipulation, with conventional cupping for local face. The clinical effect and symptom score of the two group were observed. Re- suits After three courses of treatment, the symptom score of the trial group was better than that of the control group [ （ 1.12 ±0. 40） vs （ 1.55 ±0. 64）, P 〈0. 01 ]. Ridit analysis showed the clinical effect was better in the trial group than in the control group （ u = 2. 45, P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The therapy of Sanjiao acupuncture plus drug cupping is of better effect for patients with hemifacial spasm.
