摘　　要：对广州市某养老院给排水设计进行总结,在用水量指标选取时采用比对法进行确定;在防止水质污染方面采用了紫外线消毒设备;针对养老院特点提出"分界入住率"的概念,并分析该因素对水质的影响;考虑热水水温对军团菌存活的影响,同时兼顾热泵的制热效率,选择合适的热水制备温度,在满足卫生要求的前提下,降低了能耗;自动喷水灭火系统设计中,除公共活动空间外还主张在老人居住的房间内采用标准边墙型快速响应喷头,以尽快扑灭其房间内的初期火灾,对行动不便的老年人来说很有必要;在节能节水方面采取简洁、实用的措施,方便老年人使用。A summary on the water supply and drainage design of a rest home in Guangzhou was made. A comparison method should be used for water consumption index determination; ultraviolet disinfection equipment was used for water quality control; based on the characteristics of rest home, a concept of ＂division occupancy rate＂ was proposed and the influences of it on water quality were analyzed; considering the impacts of hot water on legionella and the heat-production efficiency of heat pump, the proper heat water temperature was selected, which met the requirements on san- itary and low energy consumption; in the design of sprinkler system, except the pubic space, the bedrooms were also suggested to be installed with the standard wall rapid reaction sprayer in order to extinguish the firs-stage fire, which was necessary for the awkward old people; simple and prac- tical energy and water-saving measures should be adopted for the convenience of old people.
