山水地段的生态适应性城市设计——以南京海峡两岸科技工业园城市设计为例

摘　　要：在城市建设中山水地段由于生态敏感性而备受关注,如何权衡保护与建设、把握好"度"是此类项目的关键。该文结合南京海峡两岸科技工业园城市设计项目,首先提出了山水地段的生态适应性城市设计思路和该类项目的设计原则:生态化与可持续发展、公共性与24小时活力提升、场所性和空间形体研究、地域性与特色城市环境塑造,然后就以上四点对该项目的设计特色进行分析和总结。此次规划是合理保护利用山水资源、展现城市独特魅力的一次有益实践,希望对类似的项目有所借鉴和参考。Balancing conservation and construction is the key point of urban construction due to the ecological sensitivity. This paper, with the city design projects of Nanjing Cross-Strait Science and Technology Industrial Park as reference, puts forward landscape ecological adaptability ideas firstly, and brings forward design principles： ecological and sustainable development, 24 hours vigor enhance, place and space research, regional and specialty urban environment shaping. Finally, this paper gives the analysis and summary of the project basing on the points above. Based on the urban design of Cross-strait Science and Industry Park in Nanjing, this paper illustrates the planning practice for other cities.
