高校图书馆作为第三空间的社会价值体现

摘　　要：由于我国高校图书馆公共服务意识比较薄弱，且未完全保证公民的信息权，直接影响到当前高校图书馆第三空间建设。高校图书馆的公共属性和对大众心理需求的满足是其成为第三空间的物质基础和精神基础。最后，针对高校图书馆第三空间建设，提出借助数字化平台主动扩大高校图书馆用户群、利用信息技术不断细化高校图书馆用户需求、利用网络平台积极打造高校图书馆公共教育空间等措施。The public service consciousness of our ＇country university libraries is relatively weak, and protection of the citizen＇s right to information is not complete, which directly affects the construction of third space of university libraries. University libraries＇ public property and meeting the psychological demand of the public is the the material and spiritual basis for the third space. Finally, to the third space construction of university libraries, put forward with the help of a digital platform to actively expand the university library users, the use of information technology continuously detailed university library user needs, the use of network platform tries to build up public education space in university library.
