摘 要:为研究棉结在静电场中的运动规律,采用自制静电装置,将静态下的纤维棉结和带籽屑棉结放置在静电场中,通过调节静电压来观察纤维棉结和带籽屑棉结在静电场中的充电和起飞情况。得出了不同类型的棉结在静电场中脱离极板的电压范围,结果表明,同类材料中取出的带籽屑棉结脱离极板的平均场强要高于纤维棉结的平均场强。通过相关性分析得出:棉结在静电场中起飞所需场强与样品的aQura棉结平均直径检测结果呈正的直线相关,为静电型棉网清洁器在梳棉机上的应用提供了实验依据。To investigate the movement law of neps in the electrostatic field,some fiber neps and seed coat neps(SCN) were randomly selected from different materials and placed in a self-made electrostatic device and their state of charging and take-off was observed by adjusting static voltage.The voltages of different neps when they take off from the electrostatic plate were recorded.The average electric field intensity for SCN is higher than that for fiber neps when they take off from the electrostatic plate.Correlation analysis indicated that the electric field intensity needed for neps to take off had a positive linear correlation with their average size.The conclusion provides an experimental foundation for the application of electrostatic web-cleaner to carding machines.
