摘　　要：本文以"推—拉"理论为基础,提出生态移民可持续发展的理论框架,并以脱贫驱动、生态驱动、发展驱动和公益驱动为动力来源,从利益主体推动机制、经济四轮驱动机制、安居就业保障机制、民族文化传承、政策环境支持机制、全面协调发展机制六个方面,构建生态移民可持续发展的动力机制,以此推动贵州省生态移民可持续发展的最终实现。Based on the theory of ＂push-pull＂, this paper firstly puts forward a theory framework of the sustainable development of the ecological migration and four power sources, that are poverty drive, coo-drive, development drive and public drive. Then constructs the dynamic mechanism of the sustainable development of the ecological migration from six aspects： stakeholder driving mechanism, economic four-wheel driving mechanism, housing and employment security mechanism, national culture inheritance mechanism, policy environment supporting ~nechanism and development mechanism of full coordination, to promote the ultimate realization of the sustainable development of ecological migration in Guizhou Province.
