摘  要:采用高温固相反应合成了具有尖晶石结构的化合物LiMn2-xCoxO4,通过X射线衍射、扫描电镜和激光粒度分析对所得样品的结构、形貌和粒度分布进行了表征。结果表明,掺杂钴可以合成结晶良好的具有尖晶石结构的晶体。研究了Co含量(x=0.00,0.05,0.10,0.15)对最终产品物化参数及电性能的影响,发现当Co的添加量为0.10时,产品的综合性能较好。The spinel cathode material LiMn2-xCoxO4 were synthesized by solid state method.The phase purity,morphologies and particle size of the prepared material were characterized by X-ray diffraction,SEM and particle size analyzer.The results show that the spinel crystal can be synthesized in air by doping Co.The effect of Co content of LiMn2-xCoxO4(x=0.00,0.05,0.10,0.15) on the physical and chemical and electro-chemical properties of obtained material was studied.The results show that when the addition of Co is 0.10,the general properties are better.
