摘  要:双极板是聚合物电解质膜燃料电池的关键零部件之一。不锈钢材料具有机械强度高、体相电导和热导优良,容易制成薄板并冲压加工成型的特点,满足燃料电池对高体积比功率双极板的诸多要求,但是其大规模应用还需要材料表面能在燃料电池操作条件下具有高耐腐蚀能力和低界面接触电阻。对材料进行表面改性是解决该问题的途径之一。总结了近年来不锈钢表面改性处理的研究进展,分析了氧化物基、金属基、碳/氮化物基、碳基和导电高分子基等涂层的改性效果,并对相应改性不锈钢双极板在燃料电池中的应用进行介绍。Bipolar plates are one of the essential components in the polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cells.The stainless steel materials possess high mechanical strength,good bulk electric conductivity and heat conductivity,and can be easily manufactured into foils and subsequently stamped.These characteristics match the requirements of the high volume specific power density bipolar plates.But for the large scale applications,the high corrosion resistance and the low interface contact resistance of the stainless steel surfaces should be implemented in real fuel cell operations.The surface treatment is one of the approaches to resolve this problem.The recent achievements in the coatings on the stainless steel surfaces were reviewed,and the performance of the oxide-based,metal-based,carbide/nitride-based,carbon-based,and conductive polymer-based coatings were analyzed.In addition,the applications of the resultant stainless steel bipolar plates in the real fuel cells were introduced.
