摘  要:为合理评估配电网不同对象的停电后果,构建了全面的配电网故障停电后果综合评价指标体系,涵盖了用户停电后果和电力公司停电后果两个方面共7个指标。并提出基于AHP—云模型的配电网故障对象停电后果评估评估方法,AHP综合考虑了指标间的相关性,云模型则能够克服评估指标值的不确定性、随机性和模糊性问题。以某市配电网为算例,运用AHP—云模型对该配电网不同故障对象的停电后果进行评估。For rational evaluation of outage consequences of different distribution network objects,this paper constructs the comprehensive evaluation index system for outage consequences due to distribution network faults,covering a total of seven indicators about both user and power company outage consequences.Besides,outrage consequence assessment method for distribution network failure objects based on AHP cloud model is proposed.On the one hand,AHP comprehensively takes into account the correlation between the indicators;on the other hand,the cloud model can overcome such evaluation index problems as uncertainty,randomness and fuzziness.With a city power distribution network as a calculation example,AHP cloud model was applied to evaluate the outrage consequences of different distribution network failure objects.
