焦点解决疗法在乳腺癌患者相关知识掌握及遵医行为中的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨焦点解决疗法在乳腺癌患者康复中的应用效果。方法选取经病理确诊乳腺癌患者60例,随机分为对照组和干预组各30例。对照组患者接受常规康复指导,干预组在常规康复指导的基础上应用焦点解决疗法进行康复指导。出院时对两组患者的乳腺癌知识掌握、自我康复知识掌握、自觉遵医行为和临床服务满意度进行评价。结果干预组患者的乳腺癌知识掌握、自觉遵医行为、临床服务满意度均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论焦点解决疗法能够引导患者正向焦点思考,提升患者解决问题的能力,对促进患者身心康复具有重要临床意义。Objective To study the effect of solution-focused method for rehabilitation of patients with breast cancer. Method 60 patients with pathological diagnosed breast cancer were randomly divided into control and inter- vention group. There was 30 cases in each group. The patients in control group was given routine rehabilitation guidance, patients in intervention group was received routine guidance and solution-focused method guidance. The understanding of knowledge related to breast cancer and self rehabilitation, consciously compliance behavior and clinical satisfaction between the two was evaluated and compared. Result The understanding of breast cancer knowl- edge and consciously compliance behavior in intervention group was remarkably higher than that of control group（P 〈0.05）. Result The patients＇ positive thinking can be guided by solution-focused method. It was clinical significance for improving patients＇ physical and psychological recovery and patients ability to solve problems.
