摘  要:利用超声波改性硅酸钙并用其处理焦化废水生化出水,对比了改性前后硅酸钙吸附性能的变化,研究了改性硅酸钙投加量、吸附时间、pH对吸附效果的影响。结果表明,在相同条件下,改性硅酸钙对COD、NH3-N的去除率优于硅酸钙。改性硅酸钙的最佳吸附条件:改性硅酸钙投加质量浓度20.0 g/L、振荡时间45 min、pH=6,此时COD的去除率为41.16%,NH3-N的去除率为66.16%。The treatment of biologically treated coking wastewater with calcium silicate modified by ultrasonic wave has been experimentally investigated. The difference of adsorbing capacities before and after the modification is contrasted. The effects of modified calcium silicate dosage, adsorption time and pH on adsorbing efficacy are studied. The results indicate that under the same experiment conditions, the removing rate of COD and NH3-N by using mod- ified calcium silicate are higher than by using calcium silicate. And ,the optimum adsorbing conditions are as fol- lows : the modified calcium silicate dosage is 20.0 g/L, shaking time is 45 min, and pH is 6. Under these conditions, the removing rates of COD and NH3-N by using modified calcium silicate are 41.16% and 66.16%, respectively.
