摘 要:采用AB法处理某饮料企业废水,通过对A段回流污泥采用强制曝气充氧使微生物处于内源代谢期,增强微生物的生物活性和吸附能力,提高A段有机物的去除率,使得企业即使在进水COD达到1 000 mg/L情况下亦能达标排放。工程调试运行结果良好,A段回流污泥强化再生后COD的去除率能达到70%以上,B段出水COD平均72 mg/L,完全满足设计要求。同时,污泥的强化再生为系统的安全可靠运行提供了重要保障。AB process has been used for treating beverage wastewater. The reflux sludge of section A is aeration oxy- genated forcibly. Thus, the organisms are in endogenous metabolic period, the biological activity and adsorbing ca- pacity of microorganisms are reinforced and the organism removing rate of section A is improved. As a result, even when the influent COD is 1 000 mg/L, the effluent can still reach the discharge standard. The project commissioning runs well. After the reflux sludge in section A is reinforced and regenerated, the COD removing rate reaches 70% over. The effluent COD of section B is 72 mg/L averagely. The design requirements are met completely. At the same time, the reinforcing and regeneration of sludge provide important guarantee for save and reliable operation of the system.
