摘 要:结合NH_3-CO_2-Urea-H_2O(ACUW)体系扩展型UNIQUAC气液平衡模型、经验型液相焓值模型以及尿素水解反应动力学模型,建立了针对尿素水解系统的过程模拟数学模型并实现模拟计算,模拟结果能较好地描述尿素水解装置的实际情况。借助模拟程序分析了蒸汽流量、操作压力及进料组成对尿素水解系统的出气氨水比、排液氨含量的影响,可为企业的操作优化、节能减排提供理论指导和参考。A rigorous simulation model for urea hydrolysis system has been established by combining the extended UNIQUAC vapor-liquid equilibrium model of NH3-CO2-Urea-H2O (ACUW) system with empirical liquid enthalpy model of ACUW solution and kinetic model of urea hydrolysis reaction. The process simulation is carried out successfully and the results agree with the actual running state of urea hydrolysis system very well. On the basis of the simulation system, the influences of steam flow, pressure, reflux flow, feed composition, and way efficiency on the ratio of ammonia to water in vapor phase and ammonia concentration in outlet water of urea hydrolysis system were analyzed. This study can provide theoretical guidance and reference for optimization, energy-saving and emission reduction in actual industry.
