摘 要:优化间歇式本体法生产聚丙烯工艺对提高产品质量和降低生产能耗具有重要的意义。利用小波多尺度分析功能研究一家大型液相小本体法生产工艺的升温曲线,通过对其进行去噪、重构、分解得到更真实的升温曲线,并对信号的近似和细节部分进行区分,确定各频带的信号形式和发生时间,结合液相本体法的工艺,分析各层信号与实际聚合工艺之间的关系。运用MATLAB软件中的小波分解系数灰度图来确定信号的能量的分布,验证各层信号特征与聚合过程工艺之间的对应关系,为下一步实现工艺优化提供理论基础。Optimizing the technology of batch liquid phase bulk polymerization of polypropylene (PP) is very important for improving quality of PP and decreasing the energy consumption. Wavelet transform was used to analyze temperature signal of liquid phase bulk polymerization of a large plant in China for its multi-scale analysis function. Through de-noising, reconstruction and decomposition of temperature signal, the approximate parts and detailed parts are separated and their form and time of different frequency bands are determined. The more realistic curve of polymerization processes was obtained. Combining with polymerization processes, relationship between signal of each level to the real polymerization technology was discussed. Gray image of energy coefficients in Matlab software was also applied to determine the signal energy distribution and check relationship between signal of each level to the real polymerization technology for providing good guides to the following industrial control and technical optimization.
