摘　　要：本研究通过构建我国农村水贫困评价指标体系、城市化与工业化进程综合评价指标体系,运用水贫困指数模型(WPI)、城市化与工业化进程系数模型,对我国2000年至2009年31个省份农村地区水贫困测度及各省城市化与工业化进程系数进行计算,结果基本显示了我国农村地区近年来水贫困程度分布范围及城市化与工业化发展程度。运用水贫困与城市化、工业化协调度模型对我国各省份水贫困与城市化、工业化的协调关系进行研究,并基于测算的协调度结果对我国农村水贫困与城市化及工业化水平的空间差异进行分析。最后,提出缓解农村水贫困、促进城市化与工业化发展的相关对策建议。The agricultural bear the support of more than population urbanization, industrialization and to provide an im- portant support to the load in China. And agricultural water resource quantitative change and the qualitative change are very sensitive. Urbanization and industrialization development depends on the development of water resources scale of the utilization degree and the management level basically. In consideration of the current sharp contradiction between supply and demand of water increasingly, the author introduced the theory of water poverty. This article through constructing the rural poor water evaluation index system in China, urbanization and industrialization process comprehensive evaluation in- dex system in China. And it used water poverty index model（WPI） , urbanization and industrialization process coefficient mode/to present the rural water poverty measure and the urbanization and industrialization process coefficient calculation of 31 provinces in China from 2000 to 2009. The results showed basicaly the water poverty level distribution in rural areas and urbanization and industrialization development degree in recent years. The article used the water poverty and urbanization, industrialization coordination model to measure and calculate the water poverty and urbanization, industrialization coordinating relations of the provinces in our country. At last based on the results of the measure of the rural harmony degree water poverty and urbanization and industrialization level of space difference analysis in China, the author put forward some advice about reducing the rural water poverty and some related countermeasures on promoting the urbaniza- tion and industrialization development. It includes the four places. Firstly, the government should establish the rural water aid strategy in China to improve the water right system and the utilization efficiency of water.
