摘　　要：国外家庭照顾者的照顾困境与福利需求逐渐引起学术界和政策领域的探讨，而当前我国的家庭照顾者却遭遇社会政策上的排斥。文章从社会保障视角出发，运用社会支持网络理论框架，以广州市脑瘫儿童的家庭照顾者为例，采用质性研究方法，从家庭照顾者的经济压力、生理压力、精神压力和社交压力等方面进行分析，结合社会支持网络体系要素进行评价，试探寻支持特殊儿童家庭照顾者的社会政策及建议。Although caring dilemma and welfare needs of caregivers have been getting more attention by the academic circle and policy areas in aboard, the family caregivers in China evokes repulsion from social policy . With an example of CP Children＇s Caregivers in Guangzhou from the perspective of social security based on the theory of social support net- work system, this article studies on the financial burden, physical burden, emotional burden and social anxiety of the caregivers by the method of qualitative research, and analyzes the interview contents combined with social support net- work in order to give some suggestions about how to support the caregivers of children with developmental disability.
