摘　　要：应用创新性人才培养是适应市场经济发展和国家创新体系建设需要而提出的要求,也是我国高等教育大众化赋于新建应用型本科院校这一层次的人才培养类型。"基于应用创新性人才培养的创新教育实践"就是应这些需要而开展的一项研究。通过明确新建应用型本科院校的人才培养目标定位、应用创新性人才的类型及特征,开展在人才培养过程中嵌入创新教育的探索和实践,以达到完善新建本科院校人才培养体系,并提高应用创新性人才培养质量。Cultivation of applied innovative talents is the specific requirement brought forward by the demand from developing market economy and national innovation system, is another level of talent cultivation type endowed with newly-built application-oriented institutes by national higher education popularization. ＂Based on innovative educational practices of cultivation of applied innovative talents＂ is a study conducted to meet these requirements. This study aims to perfect innovative talent cultivation system put forth by object location of newly- built institutes＇s talent cultivation and improve the quality of applied innovative talent cultivation through pinpointing the object location of newly-buih application-oriented institutes＇ talent cultivation and the types and characteristics of applied innovative talents as well as embedding the explorations and practices of innovation education in the procedure of talent cultivation.
