摘　　要：研究了钝化镁-流化石灰复合喷吹新型铁水脱硫工艺的理论可行性,并通过优化工艺流程、参数和改造设备,在工业生产超低硫钢中予以应用。结果表明:铁水w(S)控制在0.001 5%以下比例提高到95%以上,转炉终点钢水w(S)≤0.004%比例达99%以上。The theory feasibility of hot metal new desulfurization process with passivated magnesiumfluidization CaO co-injection was studied. And through the optimization of process flow, parameters and transformation equipment, the process are used in industrial production of ultra-low sulphur steel. The results shows that, the ratio of the w（S） lower than 0.001 5 % in hot metal increases to more than 95 %,converter tapping w（S）≤0.004 % amounts to 99 % above.
