摘　　要：中国公立医院改革尚处于改制转轨阶段，社会资本以取得产权的模式进入公立医院，必然要卷入医院改制。医院产权改革涉及多方利益，是政府、卫生系统、医院管理层、员工和社会资本等相关利益方博弈的结果。社会资本进入模式的地域性明显，至今尚未形成成熟模式，很多法律政策问题还没解决，特例较多。Public hospital reform is still in the stage of system change; therefore,if the social investments wish to go into the public hospitals by gaining property,they have to take part in the system change.There is no mature model yet since different places have been making various attempts and there are still quite a few legal and policy problems not solved yet.The direct way of shareholding is considered to be the most thorough model of property change since it brings real influence on the property nature of the hospitals.
