厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪治疗原发性高血压疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪治疗的临床疗效。方法:选择130例原发性高血压患者,随机分对照组和治疗组各65例。治疗组用厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗,对照组应单用厄贝沙坦治疗。疗程均为8周。8周过后,分别观察这2组4周和8周的治疗效果。结果:治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别是90.7%和75.4%。2组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗原发性高血压效果显著,优于厄贝沙坦治疗,值得临床借鉴。Objection：Investigate the irbesartan and hydrochlorothiazide tablets in treating patients. Methods： Divided 130 patients of primary hypertension into two groups. The treatment group with 65cases, and the control group 65 patients. The treatment group were treated with irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide tablets and control group were treated with irbesartan. All patients were observed continuously for 8 weeks. 8 weeks later, and observed effects after 4 weeks and 8 weeks. Results：The effective rate of treatment group was 90.75%, and that of the control group was75.4%. Difference of efficiency between the two groups was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： The effect of Irbesartan Hydrochlorothiazide tablets were significantly superior to irbesartan. Essential hypertension
