个体化护理干预对膝关节置换患者术后膝关节功能康复的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:对应用个体化护理干预模式对接受膝关节置换术治疗的患者实施护理的临床效果进行研究。方法:抽取86例接受膝关节置换术治疗的患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,平均每组43例。采用常规膝关节置换术护理模式对对照组患者实施护理;采用个体化护理模式对观察组患者实施护理。结果:观察组患者膝关节疾病治疗效果明显优于对照组;护理干预前后膝关节功能评分的改善幅度明显大于对照组;术后并发症率明显低于对照组。结论:应用个体化护理干预模式对接受膝关节置换术治疗的患者实施护理的临床效果非常明显。Objective： Application of individualized nursing intervention in patients receiving knee replacement surgery treatment , the clinical effect of care research. Methods ： Extraction of 86 patients undergoing knee replacement surgery treatment were randomly divided into control group and observation group , an average of 43 cases in each . Conventional knee arthroplasty nursing model of care control group patients, individualized care nursing observation group. Results：The observation group were knee treatment effect was significantly better than the control group ; care before and after the intervention knee function score improvement was significantly greater than that of the control group ; postoperative complication rate was significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion ： The application of individu- alized nursing intervention in patients receiving knee replacement surgery treatment implementation the nursing clinical effect is very obvi- ous.
