《金匮要略》苓甘五味姜辛汤治疗寒饮型成人支原体肺炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨《金匮要略》中苓甘五味姜辛汤治疗成人寒饮型支原体肺炎的临床疗效。方法选取2009年5月～2012年6月来我科门诊就诊的寒饮型支原体肺炎患者46例，随机分为苓甘五味姜辛汤组（治疗组）23例及阿奇霉素治疗组（对照组〉23例，比较两组患者的治愈时间、胸部X线病灶吸收时间、特异性肺炎支原体-IgM及临床疗效。结果治疗组治愈时间、胸部X线病灶吸收时间较对照组明显缩短，特异性肺炎支原体-IgM阳性率明显降低；治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论苓甘五味姜辛汤治疗寒饮型支原体肺炎疗效优于阿奇霉素,值得临床应用。Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of Linggan Wuwei Jiangxin Tang from ＂Synopsis of Golden Chamber”treatment for Adult type cold fluid -mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods A total of 46 patients with coldfluidmycoplasma pneumonia in the hospital from May 2009 to June 2012 were randomly divided into Lingganwuweijiangxintang group （treatment group, 23 cases） and azithromycin treatment group （control group,23 cases）. The healingtime,chest X-ray focus absorption time,specific -IgM of Mycoplasma pneumoniae and clinical curative effect of twogroups were all compared in the study. Results The treatment group with healing time and chest X-ray focus absorption time were all shorter than those of control group, The positive rate of specific-IgM of Mycoplasma pneumoniae intreatment group was significantly lower than that in control group （P 〈 0.05）. The total effective rate in treatment group wassignificantly higher than that in control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of Lingganwuwei-jiangxintang treatment for cold fluid-mycoplasma pneumonia is better than that of azithromycin. It is worthy of clinicalapplication.
