摘　　要：目的探讨一种运用中药内服、外用防治跟骨骨折术后皮肤坏死的辨证分型方案。方法对45例跟骨粉碎性骨折（Sanders分型Ⅱ-Ⅳ型）需手术治疗的病例，运用中医辩证施治，分成气滞血瘀、热毒初起、瘀毒内蕴、气虚血瘀四型,予中药内服、外用治疗，防治跟骨骨折术后皮肤愈合不良。结果45例按照疗效标准：优28例，良10例，中5例,差2例,优良率84.4 %。结论运用中药内服、外用的中医辨证分型法防治跟骨骨折术后皮肤坏死,效果良好。Objective To research a kind of Syndrome differentiation type, using Chinese medicine internal and external ,to prevent and cure skin necrosis of calcaneal fractures postoperative. Methods Forty-five patients with comminuted fracture of calcaneal （Sanders classification：Type Ⅱ-Ⅳ ）,using Chinese medicine internal and external, With the tra-ditional Chinese medicine dialectical treatment,divided into four type ： qi zhi xue yu, re du chu qi, qi xu xue yu, toprevent and cure poor healing of the skin of calcaneal fractures postoperative. Results The 45 cases according to thecurative effect standard： excellent 28 cases, good 10 cases, medium 5 cases, bad 2 cases. The excellent rate was84.4%. Conclusion Using Chinese medicine internal and external with Syndrome differentiation type Of TCM, to prevent and cure poor healing of the skin of calcaneal fractures postoperative,the effect is good.
