摘　　要：目的充分发挥药师在临床药物治疗中的作用,促进临床用药安全有效。方法通过与医师共同查房,并书写药历,记录临床用药,参与临床给药方案设计,最终提出用药建议。结果通过药师查房纠正不合理用药,提高药物治疗效果。结论药师查房可促进临床合理用药,提高药物治疗效果。Objective To bring the pharmacists into full play and ensure the safety and the efficacy of the medicine forpatients. Methods Clinical pharmacists can engage in ward rounds in cooperation with physicians, write pharmaceutical care records, record clinical drug use, coordinate the optimization of medicine plan, carry out the medicationproposal. Results Through the study and the comment on cases, the irrational drug use was corrected, ensuring thesafe and efficient drug use. Conclusion Pharmacist should report the comments to the clinician to intervene and remind them to ensure the safe and efficient drug use.
