摘　　要：目的观察高血压性左室肥大患者血浆Apelin含量的变化情况。方法选取原发性高血压患者60例,根据患者症状、体征及超声心动图结果分为高血压病伴左室肥大组(EH-LVH组,29例)及高血压病伴心力衰竭组(EH-CHF组,31例),正常对照组(30例)则选取经体检筛查后身体健康的中老年体检者。应用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定三组人员血浆Apelin的含量。结果 EH-LVH组血浆Apelin含量明显高于EH-CHF组及正常对照组(P<0.01),而EH-CHF组血浆Apelin含量低于正常对照组(P<0.01)。结论 Apelin可能在高血压性左室肥大的病理生理过程中起着重要作用。Objective To observe the changes＇ of plasma apelin level in patients with hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy. Methods A total of 60 essential hypertensive patients and 30 elderly healthy controls were selected. Basedon symptoms, signs and echocardiographic findings, 60 essential hypertensive patients were divided into two groups ：the essential hypertension with left ventricular hypertrophy group （EH-LVH group, 29 patients）, the essential hypertension with heart failure group （EH-CHF group, 31 patients）. The levels of plasma apelin of three groups were determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）. Results The level of plasma apelin was higher in EH-LVHgroup compared with the EH-CHF group and control group （P 〈 0.01）, and it was lower in EH-CHF group comparedwith the control group （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The results indicate that apelin may play an important role in the pathophysiological procedure of hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy.
