纺纱工艺对洋麻/芳纶30/70纱线性能的影响

摘　　要：在棉纺系统中分别使用盖板梳理机和罗拉梳理机得到洋麻/芳纶30/70混纺纱线。与盖板梳理机工艺流程相比,罗拉梳理机工艺流程使落麻率减小65.7%,纱线强度提高27.2%,耐酸碱性分别提高11.0%和7.4%,抗静电性提高2.2倍。Both flat card and roller card could be used when spinning kenaf/aramid （30/70） blended yarn. Compared with carding on fiat card, carding with roller card could improve the properties of yarn, and the results were as follows： the rate of kenaf noil reduced by 65.7%, yarn strength increased by 27.2%, acid and alkali resistance increased by 11.0% and 7.4% respectively, and antistatic property increased by 2.2 times.
