摘　　要：IgA肾病(IgAN)是目前世界范围内最常见的原发性肾脏疾病,是引起终末期肾衰竭的重要原因之一。目前认为,IgA肾病的发病与基因、免疫反应、炎性介质及感染等多种因素有关。但随着肾活检的开展和相关研究的不断深入,认为IgA肾病是一组具有相同免疫病理特征的临床征候群,其临床表现多种多样,无特征性的症状和体征。该文从病理、临床表现、预后和治疗等几个方面对近年来IgA肾病研究进展予以综述。Immunoglobulin A-nephropathy（IgAN） is the most common primary kidney disease worldwide,one of the important reasons causing end-stage renal failure.Currently,IgAN incidence is correlated with a variety of factors inlcuding genetic,immune response,inflammatory mediators and infection.However,with the deepening of the renal biopsyit＇s considered that IgAN is a group of clinical syndrome with the same immune pathological features,which has diverse clinical manifestations,but no characteristic signs or symptoms.Studies in recent years are briefly summarized here from the aspects of the pathology,clinical presentation,prognosis and treatment.
