摘　　要：鲍曼不动杆菌由于强大的生存能力及广泛的耐药等特点,易引起医院感染暴发流行,已经是医院感染的主要病原菌之一,快速、准确、可靠、分辨率高、重复性好的分型方法对其流行病学研究与医院感染控制十分重要。目前用于鲍曼不动杆菌分型的方法很多,有药敏分型、生物学分型、基因分型等。研究表明,基因分型法优于其他。该文就近年来有关不动杆菌基因分型方法的进展进行综述。Because of its strong survival and extensive resistance characteristics,Acinetobacter baumannii may easily cause hospital infection outbreak,and has been one of the main pathogens of nosocomial infection.Rapid,accurate,reliable typing method with high resolution and good repeatability is very important for its epidemiological studies and hospital infection control.At present,there are many methods for Acinetobacter baumannii typing,including susceptibility typing,biotyping and genotyping.Studies showed that the genotyping method is better than the other.Here is to make a review of the progress of Acinetobacter genotyping methods in recent years.
