参附注射液治疗心脑血管疾病的临床应用进展

摘　　要：参附注射液具有显著的改善微循环、抗氧化损伤、提高组织抗应激性等作用。近年来,该药在防治心脑血管疾病方面的作用在临床上得到广泛的研究和观察。另外,该药在心律失常、心功能不全、心肌病、脑梗死、急性颅脑损伤、老年性痴呆和新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病等疾病的治疗上也颇有疗效。采用辨证与辨病相结合、开展大样本多指标的系统研究方法,可进一步扩大参附注射液的治疗范围,提高其疗效。The ginseng and strobal injection could improve minicirculation,resist oxidative damage,and raise tissue stress response;The reports of gnseng and strobal injection on treating cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease have been increasing in recent years.The medicine is also found effective in treatment of diseases such as arrhythmia,cardia insufficiency,cardiomyopathy,cerebral infarction,acute craniocerebral injury,senile dementia,and anoxic ischemic encephalopathy of neonatorum.The treatment scope can be expanded and the curative effect can be improved through the combination of differentiation of symptoms and differential diagnosis of diseases,and systematic research with large sample quantity and multiple indexes.
